Urgent Humanitarian Crisis in Northwest Syria
Northwest Syria has been burning for months, Intensified Attacks and deadly airstrikes continue.
Civilians continue to die and several dozen people perish under the bombs every day. Averages of 300 civilians, including children are killed by the attacks each month.
Over 1,027,279 million have fled their homes and are displaced in camps. Clean water, nutrition, shelter, and healthcare are scarce.
More than 113 schools were completely destroyed affecting more than 191,233 students. And more than 67 health facilities, including our Pulse of Life hospital were completely destroyed.
SRD is providing primary health care services, chronic disease surveillance, psychological support, medicine, shelter, clean water, and nutritional baskets.
Our 12 mobile health clinics have provided care to over 15 camps. 15,500 beneficiaries, including 4,000 children, have been reached.
We are responding to their desperate call for help and hope and we continue to deliver lifesaving emergency relief. They urgently need our help.
