In the midst of adversity, a ray of hope emerges for the resilient young souls of Northern Syria. The Global School, located just outside Idlib, stands as a sanctuary of learning for 400 elementary students who have endured the trials of displacement, conflict, and even a recent earthquake. Many among them are orphaned, their lives marked by up to 20 displacements over the past 12 years.
Despite these challenges, their spirit remains unbroken, and now is our chance to make a lasting impact. We are launching a fundraising campaign to establish vital computer labs at the Global School. With 400 eager minds and only limited resources, these labs will provide the lifeline these children need to bridge the gap in their education due to the circumstances they’ve faced.
Our goal is to raise funds for 20 computers at $500 each, a small step that will create a giant leap in these children’s lives. Your donation, no matter the size, will directly contribute to providing these students with access to modern technology and a quality education. With computer labs, we aim not only to impart essential digital literacy skills but also to reignite a sense of normalcy and curiosity that every child deserves.
