The headquarters is in Kansas, USA.

The regional office in Amman, Jordan, is responsible for projects in southern Syria and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

The Gaziantep office in Turkey oversees project implementation in northern Syria and Turkey.

SRD operates in northwest and northeast Syria, specifically in the Aleppo and Idlib provinces. We also provide public health and dental services in Amman, Jordan.
