The ongoing crisis in Syria has devastated the education system—54% of schools have been damaged or destroyed, leaving 2 million children without access to proper learning environments.
These children, many of whom have been displaced multiple times, face overwhelming obstacles, including the lack of school supplies that are essential for their education. SRD’s Global School, located just outside Idlib, is a sanctuary for students, many of whom are orphaned and struggling. Here, children not only find safety but also the critical resources they need to learn and grow. But with over 7,000 students enrolled in SRD’s K-12 program, the demand for school supplies is immense.
