Syria Relief & Development (SRD) is a nonprofit organization addressing the most urgent aid needs of Syria.
Our Story
Syria Relief and Development (SRD) was founded in November 2011 in direct response to the crisis in Syria. SRD is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization headquartered in the United States with offices in Syria, Turkey, and Jordan, and has worked to provide aid to Syrians affected by violence, poverty, hunger, and displacement. The volatile situation in Syria has created a dire need for healthcare, protection, and shelter, among other basic necessities. SRD works to meet these needs in Syria and neighboring countries through comprehensive and integrated programs.

We steadfastly advocate for a more robust and equitable world, focusing on advancing women and girls, prioritizing patient care, and ensuring the prosperity of future generations.
